Rajany Rajan

Rajany Rajan has extensive work experience in the Human Resources field. Rajany began their career in 2008 as an Associate-HRD at Infosys Technologies Ltd, where they managed employee and expatriate immigration policies, as well as compliance requirements for expatriates in the US region. Rajany was also responsible for I-9 verifications and conducting weekly/monthly audit exercises. In 2010, they joined Hewlett-Packard as a Lead-Sales Sourcing Team-HR Staffing, and later became an APJ Strategic Sourcing Associate and Lead, where they sourced and lined up quality talent to hire for various positions and roles across the APAC region. Rajany also served as a Staffing Advisor. In 2019, Rajany joined US Tech Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Executive. Most recently, in 2021, they became an Executive Hiring Recruiter at DXC Technology and a Social Media Specialist at BollyX - The Bollywood Workout.

Rajany Rajan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, earned in 2008. Rajany also has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Christ University, Bangalore, earned in 2006. Rajany Rajan's educational background began at Bethany High School.
