Shahil Patel

Shahil Patel began their career in 2009 as a Management Consultant, Strategy at Accenture. That same year, they also became the President & CEO of Ishaara Dance Company, where they achieved Semifinals of NBC's "America's Got Talent", 1st place at seven of nine Bollywood dance competitions, the NRI Institute Gold Award, and provided corporate and private entertainment. In 2013, they Co-Founded and became the CEO of BollyX Fitness, connecting East and West through Bollywood-inspired dance fitness, delivering quality training and fitness programming to consumers, instructors and gyms around the world, and building the world's most passionate, active and interconnected Bollywood dance fitness community.

Shahil Patel attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a double major in Economics and Psychology, as well as a minor in Industrial Engineering. Shahil then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2018-2019.
