David María Jiménez-Blanco Carrillo De Albornoz

Degree in Economic and Business Sciences from the University College of Financial Studies (CUNEF). Since 2016 he has been the General Director of Strategy and Restructuring of Abengoa, SA. Since 2010 he has been a Director and member of the Investment Committee of Gawa Capital Management, an investment manager.

From 2014 to 2018, he was a qualified external independent director of Axiare Patrimonio Socimi, SA, a company in which he was Chairman of the Audit Committee until 2017, and since 2017 Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Likewise, since 2018 he has been a Trustee of the Pablo Horstmann Foundation and a qualified external independent Director of Árima Real Estate Socimi, SA.

In 2011 and 2012 he was an independent director and member of the Audit Committee of Atento Inversiones y Teleservicios, SA.

Between 2013 and 2016 he was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the World Duty Free Group and Co-Founder and Partner of BK Partners, an investment management firm.

From 2006 to 2009 he was Chairman and CEO of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets España, SA, SV, being Head of Global Markets and Investment Banking for Spain and Portugal. In addition, he was a member of Merrill Lynch's Europe, Middle East, and Africa Investment Banking Operating Committee.

Between 1995 and 2006, he developed his career at Goldman Sachs International, occupying different positions in the London and Madrid offices. Between 2004 and 2006 he held the position of “Managing Director.
