Rachael Smith is an accomplished realtor with current roles at Bolst Real Estate and The Justin Landis Group, both since January 2021. Prior to their real estate career, Rachael served as the Director of Children's Ministry at the Village Church of East Atlanta, where significant accomplishments included coordinating over 45 volunteers, implementing training programs, and tripling the number of children served within budget. Rachael also contributed as Auction Co-Chair and Event Planner for Atlanta Neighborhood Charter School, leading fundraising efforts that raised over $100,000. Earlier roles included directing Women's Ministry and managing operations at Pro Staff, where Rachael received the Leadership Award in 2005. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Colorado Christian University.
