Cathy Hawley

Cathy Hawley has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Cathy is currently a Co-Founder at Bolster, where they help connect companies with experienced executives for various roles and also provides software and services to independent consultants and startup CEOs. Previously, they served as Co-President and Board Member at Rocky Mountain HR People + Strategy Group. Cathy was also a Founding Board Member at Path Forward.ORG, a nonprofit organization focused on helping individuals return to the workforce after caregiving responsibilities. Additionally, they have worked as a UBS Fellow at The Fourth Floor, an Advisor at Space Nation, and Chief People Officer at CPO to Go. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at Return Path, Epsilon, CGP, and Airbase Services, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, organizational design, leadership development, and strategic planning.

Cathy Hawley completed their education in a chronological order. Cathy started their academic journey in 1987 at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Management. Cathy successfully completed their studies in 1991.

Later, in 1994, they attended Keele University, where they pursued a Master's degree in European HR & Industrial Relations. Cathy completed their studies at Keele University in 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Cathy Hawley also obtained certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In December 1994, they received a Certificate in Counseling Skills from Kendal College. More recently, in March 2017, they attained the certification of Certified Coach, EQ Profile from Learning In Action.
