Thomas Hendrickx has a diverse work experience spanning various marketing and business development roles. Thomas started their career as an intern at Durabilis, a Belgian impact investing company, where they focused on agro and food value chains in low-income countries. Thomas then interned at Boondoggle, a full-service communication agency, before transitioning to a marketing consultancy role at Antenno.

In 2014, Hendrickx joined HARIBO The Netherlands and Belgium as a Product Manager, where they later became a Junior Brand Manager and eventually a Brand Manager for MAOAM. Thomas then moved to HARIBO GmbH & Co. KG as a Product Innovation Manager.

In 2018, Hendrickx joined Red Bull as a Brand Marketing Manager focusing on the BeLux region. Thomas later joined Bolt, where they currently hold the position of Business Development Manager. In 2022, they were promoted to Head of Marketing at Bolt.

Thomas Hendrickx started their education in 2007 at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics in 2010. Thomas then pursued further education at Freie Universität Berlin in 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Betriebswirtschaft in 2010. Following that, they attended Vrije Universiteit Brussel again in 2010 and 2011, earning a Master's degree in Applied Economics. Lastly, in 2011 and 2012, Thomas attended Vlerick Business School, where they completed a Master's degree in General Management.
