Fang Xiao

Fang Xiao is a Senior Scientist in Tumor Immunology at Bolt Biotherapeutics, Inc. since December 2021, with previous experience as a Scientist in Immunobiology at Sutro Biopharma, Inc. from 2019 to 2021, and as a Senior Associate Scientist in Translational Immunobiology and Safety Sciences at Amgen from 2016 to 2019. Fang's work has involved independent investigations of nonclinical Immunotoxicity issues and the development of innovative technologies for safety assessments in immuno-oncology, inflammation, and metabolic disorders. Prior to industry roles, Fang served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at UCSF from 2012 to 2016, focusing on the identification of cell-of-origin in lethal metaplastic breast cancers. Fang holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
