Rhicha Kapila

Rhicha Kapila is a legal professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Partner and Chief Operations Officer at Bolt Burdon Kemp since September 2012. In addition to this role, Rhicha is also the Partner and Head of Military at the same firm. Prior to this, Rhicha worked as a Solicitor at Thompsons Solicitors from July 2008 to August 2012 and at Shoosmiths from July 2006 to July 2008. Rhicha holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Swansea University, earned between 1999 and 2002.
