Berkan Kayalı began their professional career in 2017 working as Event Staff at İnka İnsan Kaynakları. In 2018, they began working as a Sales Consultant at H&M. Berkan is currently employed at Bolt Insight as a Jr. Data Insight Executive, a role they have held since 2022.

Berkan Kayalı is currently studying İstatistik at Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts since 2017.
