Don Clayton

Don Clayton has over 25 years of experience in the industrial bolting industry. As the Owner of Bolt-Spec LLC. since February 2010, Don has led the company as a specialty contractor. Prior to this, Don served as the North East Regional Manager at Bolttech Mannings Inc. from August 2002 to January 2010, where responsibilities included workforce management and operational coordination. Don began the career as a Technician at Bolttech Inc. from December 1995 to August 2002, focusing on the setup and operation of hydraulic and pneumatic bolting equipment, as well as ultrasonic bolt measurement. Don graduated from Belle Vernon Area High School between 1991 and 1994.
