Jayant Umrani

Jayant Umrani is the Founder and CEO of Bolt.today. Jayant has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, including stints at Tech Mahindra and as an entrepreneur.

At Tech Mahindra, Jayant served as the Global Head of Salesforce Practice. In this role, they were responsible for managing the Salesforce practice and overseeing all Salesforce-related projects. Jayant also played a key role in expanding the company's portfolio of offerings to include bill processing and call-back operations.

Prior to joining Tech Mahindra, Jayant was a co-founder of eBill & ePay, an electronic bill presentation and payment start-up in Singapore. As Chief Technologies, they were responsible for conceptualizing the idea, securing seed funding, and building the IP for the product. The online adoption grew quickly to 70 thousand users within months.

In early 2003, Jayant's start-up was acquired by ST computers for $25M. Since then, they have been focusing on their latest venture, Bolt.today. Under their leadership, Bolt.today has become a leading provider of cloud-based solutions for businesses of all sizes.

Jayant Umrani has a background in both engineering and salesforce. Jayant has a Biomedical Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras and a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering from the Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology in Vishnupuri, Nanded. Jayant also has certifications from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and from Salesforce in Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant Certification, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator(WI19), and Salesforce Ranger.
