Andy Turnbull

Andy Turnbull is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and technology with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Head of People Operations & Technology at Bolt since June 2020, Andy has previously held senior positions at Capgemini, where responsibilities involved guiding clients through HR transformation initiatives. Additional experience includes consulting roles at OneSource Virtual and Alight Solutions, and operational roles at Barclays Investment Bank and Betfair. Andy earned a BA (hons) in History from the University of East Anglia and has pursued further education, including a Graduate Diploma from BPP Law School and ongoing studies for an MBA in Human Resource Management at Wrexham University.
