Gül Firat

Gül Firat has extensive experience in various HR roles. GÜL is currently the Head of Global People and Culture / HRBP at NMQ Digital, where they set objectives for the HRSS team, manages the employee HR life cycle, and ensures the smooth running of operational processes. Previously, Gül worked as a Senior Consultant at Assessment Systems Turkey, where they provided expert guidance. GÜL also served as the Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits Manager at Securitas Türkiye, where they developed engagement strategies and implemented various employee development initiatives. Gül has also held HR positions at GOAL Global, MAY Siber Teknoloji, Hayat Holding, IDO - Istanbul Deniz Otobüsleri, and Yataş Grup, where they were responsible for areas such as HR policies, employee relations, training and development, and organizational development.

Gül Firat obtained their Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued continuing education in Financial Analysis at New York University in 2008 and 2009. Gül also earned their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University from 1998 to 2002.
