Kristel Prints

Kristel Prints possesses extensive experience in customer support and sales management, currently serving as the Customer Support Regional Lead at Bolt since July 2019, after progressing through various leadership roles within the company. Previously, Kristel held the position of Sound Solutions Sales Manager at ARTIST MEDIA OÜ and was the Sales Team Lead at Elisa Eesti AS, where responsibilities included training and motivating sales agents to achieve goals. Additionally, Kristel has a solid background in service management, having held leadership positions at MC Office OÜ and Figone OÜ, where duties included managing customer support and operational structures. Earlier career experience involved managing a call center and credit processing teams at Creditstar Group AS. Kristel holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Tartu, completed in June 2023.
