Laimdota Vilistere is an experienced professional in the customer support and banking sectors, currently serving as Head of Support for Rides Africa and International markets at Bolt since September 2019. In this role, Laimdota focuses on strategic planning, operational management, and fostering a customer-first culture to enhance service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction. Previously, Laimdota held various leadership positions at Bolt, including Senior CS Regional Lead for Africa & International markets and Customer Support Regional Lead for CEE & UK.
