Matej Trocil

Matej Trocil is currently a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager at Bolt, where they focus on the ride-hailing division. Previously, they held roles at EY-Parthenon as a Manager, leading strategy projects across Europe, and worked as a Sales Lead at RSM Student Representation. Matej has also gained experience as a Strategy Analyst at Hilti Nederland BV and interned at Erste Bank. They have lived in six countries, emphasizing their international perspective and commitment to continuous learning and growth. Matej is pursuing an MSc in Strategic Management and a BSc in International Business Administration at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
