Rose Gichure is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as the Senior Regional People Partner at Bolt since September 2023, Rose is also the Founder and Host of the Grief Angels Podcast, which focuses on supporting individuals through their grief experiences. Previous roles include People Business Partner at Thunes and Performance Manager at Cellulant, where responsibilities encompassed performance analytics, learning and development, and organizational design. Rose has also established her own coaching firm, Purple Squirrel Coaching, and held various HR-related positions, including Recruitment Lead at Artemis Outsourcing Ltd and HR Associate at Cytonn Investments Management Ltd. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Human Resources from the Kenya Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Nairobi, complemented by a Leadership Accelerator Program at Africa Leadership University.
