Tähe-Kai Tillo

Tähe-Kai Tillo is an accomplished product manager and co-founder with extensive experience in employee experience and innovative design processes. Currently serving as a Product Manager for Employee Experience at Bolt, Tähe-Kai has also co-founded Studio Leek, where the focus is on conducting Design Sprints to rapidly prototype and test solutions for businesses. Previous roles include Product Manager at Snabb, which simplifies vehicle service management through a user-friendly app, and Product Manager and UI/UX Designer at ERPLY Retail Platform. Tähe-Kai participated in the European Innovation Academy, gaining insights in digital innovations. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Innovation & Technology Management from the University of Tartu and a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
