Vadim Kravchenko

Vadim Kravchenko is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology and software development sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Bolt since August 2018, Vadim has worked in various engineering roles, including Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager, focusing on optimizing the rides and rentals experience. Previously, Vadim held the position of CTO at Start, an ambitious Russian SVOD service, and was Director of Application Development at GS Labs for almost seven years, where notable achievements included the development of multiple successful set-top boxes and innovative products for the Russian market. Vadim's career also includes significant roles at Zodiac Interactive, Motorola, and Special Boiler Design Bureau, complemented by an engineering degree in software and hardware engineering from Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace and Instrumentation.
