Barbara Cathcart Taylor

Barbara Cathcart Taylor has extensive experience in leadership and management roles across different organizations. Since August 2009, Barbara has served as the Chairman of the Board for CARS, where responsibilities include ensuring the Board of Directors fulfills governance obligations, presiding over meetings, and overseeing the performance of Directors and Officers. Additionally, since June 2006, Barbara has worked as a receptionist at BOLTGROUP, a company focused on creating beloved brands, products, and experiences. Barbara was previously the Owner and President of Dilworth Foreign Car Service from April 1994 to October 2005, specializing in servicing high-line automobiles. Educationally, Barbara attended Central Piedmont Community College from 1969 to 1971.
