Surabhi Rani

Surabhi Rani, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in the field of food science and microbiology, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Manufacturing Technical Services at Bolthouse Farms since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Microbiologist at Grimmway Farms and a Food Safety Research Scientist at The University of Georgia. Surabhi Rani also contributed to research efforts at the USDA Agricultural Research Service as a Research Collaborator and completed a summer research internship at Academia Sinica in Taiwan. Educational qualifications encompass a Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Maryland, obtained between 2015 and 2020, and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati from 2011 to 2015.
