Rachel Berkouwer has had a diverse work experience in various roles. Rachel started their career at Danckaarts Techniek B.V. in 2008 as a Sales and Marketing Assistant, where they worked until 2012. Rachel then moved on to Royal Dutch Mint as a Product Manager, where they worked from 2012 to 2018. Rachel'smost recent position was as a Corporate Product Manager at Bolton Adhesives, where they joined in 2018. In this role, Rachel was responsible for developing product and marketing strategies for strategic propositions, conducting consumer insight research, and developing campaigns for brands such as Bison, UHU, Bostik, and Griffon.
Rachel Berkouwer attended the Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Rotterdam (HES) from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Smallbusiness & Retailmanagement. Rachel then pursued further education at the University of Groningen from 2010 to 2011, obtaining an MSc. degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
