Adam Thoday

Adam Thoday serves as the Pastoral and Enrichment Leader at Bolton College since November 2023, bringing a diverse range of experience in educational and youth support roles. Prior positions include Head of Year at Lowton Church of England High School, Pastoral Coordinator at Blessed John Henry Newman RC College, and Job Coach at Wargrave House School and College, where support was provided to young adults with autism. Adam also worked as a Learner Support and Employability Tutor at The Growth Company and as a Trainer for the St John Ambulance Service, focusing on first aid for young people. The early career includes a role as Lead Youth Worker for the Shelford & Stapleford Youth Initiative, fostering community engagement and project development. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from The Open University and studied Youth Work, Health, and Social Care at Anglia Ruskin University.
