Marco Rattenni

Marco Rattenni is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and business development. Currently serving as Finance Manager for both Home Care and Pharma divisions at Bolton since January 2022, Rattenni previously held roles at GSK as a Business Development Senior Specialist and Finance Business Partner from March 2018 to December 2021. Earlier experience at RB includes positions such as Commercial Controller, Junior Commercial Controller, and Commercial Controlling Intern from March 2015 to March 2018. Marco's career began with an internship at Business Integration Partners and a Research Assistant Internship at Bocconi University, where contributions were made to the Global Organizational Learning and Development Network GOLDEN for Sustainability. Additionally, Marco co-founded BS.hive to support student entrepreneurs. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Accounting, Financial Management & Control and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Università Bocconi, along with an exchange program at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
