Jon Karau

Jon Karau has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Jon started their career at OfficeMax in 1999 as a Sales Supervisor and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they joined Bolton & Menk, Inc. and held various roles. Jon initially worked as an IS Support Technician and later became the Information Technology Infrastructure Team Lead.

Jon Karau attended SCTC from 2001 to 2003. During their time at SCTC, they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study. In addition to their education at SCTC, Jon Karau has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they became a WatchGuard Certified System Professional through WatchGuard Technologies. In 2012, they achieved the ITIL Service Transition certification and the ITIL v3 Service Transition certification from PEOPLECERT and PeopleCert respectively. Furthermore, in 2011, they obtained the A+ certification from CompTIA and the ITIL v3 Foundation certification from Exin.
