Leonard Fields

Leonard Fields has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Leonard began their career as a Systems Programmer at Lamaur in 1985 and then moved on to work as a Technical Consultant at Davis, Thomas & Associates from 1988 to 1993. During this time, they provided consulting services, IT support, and published articles as a mainframe systems expert.

Leonard then took on the role of MIS Manager at Kolpak (The Shannon Group) from 1993 to 1998, where they managed information systems. After that, they joined RSM McGladrey as a Supervisor from 1998 to 2000. In this role, they audited year 2000 preparedness plans, created business continuity plans, and performed IT/IS portions of SAS 70 audits.

From 2000 to 2009, Leonard worked as an IS/IT Manager at Edco Products Incorporated. Leonard evaluated and prioritized technology needs, created and executed technology strategies, and successfully managed projects.

Following that, Leonard served as the Director of Computer Information Services at Northeast Iowa Community College from 2010 to 2013. Leonard directed strategic initiatives, managed personnel, and implemented various technological advancements across multiple campuses.

Currently, Leonard Fields holds the position of Director of Information Technology at Bolton & Menk, Inc., which they have been in since 2014.

Leonard Fields attended St. Cloud State University from 1977 to 1982. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Computer Science/Business Management.
