Maria R. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of graphic design. Maria started their career in 1999 as a Graphic Designer at ImageWerks Graphics, where they worked with clients to gather requirements, managed project milestones, and developed creative designs for marketing packages. Maria then moved on to Prime Therapeutics in 2001, where they collaborated with internal customers to design campaigns, created website layouts, and developed collateral to support product branding strategies. In 2007, they joined HealthPartners as a Graphic Designer and gradually rose to the roles of Senior Graphic Designer, Creative Supervisor, and finally Creative Manager. In these roles, Maria led creative teams, managed design projects from conception to completion, developed artistic visual designs, and collaborated with internal partners on marketing campaigns. Currently, Maria is working as a Creative Director at Bolton & Menk, Inc.
Maria R. attended Brown College from 1998 to 1999, where they obtained an Associates Applied Science degree in Graphic Design. In September 2022, they also obtained a certification in Content Creation: Strategy and Tools from LinkedIn.
