Matthew Isakson P.e.

Matthew Isakson, P.E. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Matthew began their career at Canterbury Park in 2008, where they served as both a Food and Beverage Lead and a Pari-Mutuel Teller. In these roles, they were responsible for managing food stand operations, supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and taking horse racing bets.

In 2015, Isakson joined Landform Professional Services, LLC as a Single Family Residential Designer, where they focused on designing residential projects. Matthew then moved to Kimley-Horn in 2017, assuming the position of Land Development Engineer, EIT. In this role, Isakson took on the role of Civil Design Lead, working on various land development projects. Matthew specifically worked on projects involving multi-family, mixed-use, and industrial developments. Isakson provided storm water management solutions in compliance with state, watershed, and municipality requirements. Matthew stayed at Kimley-Horn until June 2021.

Currently, Isakson is employed by Bolton & Menk, Inc. as a Project Engineer, PE. Matthew began their tenure in January 2022, and their role there is ongoing.

Matthew Isakson, P.E. holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Dakota. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the State of Minnesota in August 2021. Matthew also has a certification as a SWPPP designer from the University of Minnesota, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
