Chris Taylor-Hedley

Chris Taylor-Hedley is an experienced professional in talent development and coaching, currently serving as an Academy Scout for Everton Football Club since January 2025. With a strong background in education and training, Taylor-Hedley has held roles such as Student Professional Development and Training Manager at The Sixth Form Bolton since August 2022, and has also worked as a Careers Advisor. Previous experience with Blackpool FC Community Trust includes serving as an ETC Coach for U11 and U12 players and as an NCS Manager. Additional roles include NCS Manager and EDI Working Group member at Huddersfield Town Foundation, and NCS Assistant Manager at Wigan Athletic Community Trust, where a focus was placed on developing local talent and aligning player progress with club philosophy. Taylor-Hedley has also held coaching positions with Wigan Athletic Ladies F.C. and has experience in the hospitality industry as a Food and Beverage Specialist in the Cayman Islands. Education was obtained from the University of Lancashire.
