Melissa Greeson

Melissa Greeson, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Bolton since June 2017, where responsibilities include leading strategic planning, setting employee goals, and executing talent acquisition and development initiatives. In addition to this role, Melissa is a Board Member for Baltimore Outreach Services and previously held the position of Board Treasurer for Susanna Wesley House, Inc. From June 2015 to June 2017, Melissa worked at GBMC HealthCare as a Program Management Specialist, focusing on program activities and employee training. Prior experience includes serving as the Loss Prevention/Compliance Manager at First Financial Federal Credit Union of Maryland from January 2000 to June 2015, where compliance and risk management programs were developed and maintained. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.
