Frances Marden-Bell

Frances Marden-Bell is a professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Culture and OD Specialist at Bolton Clarke since December 2023, Frances previously held the position of Senior Officer HR Projects at the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority from August 2022 to October 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant in People & Change at KPMG Australia and as a People and Culture Business Partner at New Horizons Enterprises Limited, where Frances also served as a People and Culture Advisor. Frances began a career in HR as a People and Culture Officer at OneCare Limited between January 2019 and June 2020. Frances holds a Diploma in Business and Human Resource Management from APM College of Business and Communication, completed in 2015.
