Nicole Dillon

Nicole Dillon is an experienced education and development specialist currently employed at Bolton Clarke since January 2024. Previously, Nicole worked at Edutemps Pty Ltd, focusing on content development for upgrading Cert IV Allied Health, and served as Education Manager at Chisholm TAFE. A substantial portion of Nicole's career includes roles in higher education, including as a Sessional Tutor and Unit Coordinator at the University of Tasmania, where expertise in postgraduate paediatric units and undergraduate nursing was applied. Additional experience encompasses positions as a Fulltime Teacher and Clinical Nurse Specialist, along with various teaching roles at TAFE NSW, Western Sydney University, and the University of Wollongong. Nicole holds a Masters of Adult and Vocational Education from Charles Sturt University and several other qualifications in nursing and health education.
