Jimmy Au

Jimmy Au currently serves as the Head of Product for Platform (Europe) and AI at bolttech, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this, Jimmy was the Product Management Lead at Bowtie Life Insurance Company, where leadership was provided to the product management and digital delivery teams for a digital insurance platform. With extensive experience at Salesforce from 2016 to 2022, roles included Director of Product Management for Service Cloud and Einstein AI in APAC, Advisor for the Salesforce Incubator, and various product management positions focusing on AI innovations. Previous experience also includes product management roles at EverString and Apttus, and internships at Mercer and McKinsey & Company. Educational background encompasses a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Hong Kong, exchange studies in Law at McGill University, and ongoing continuing studies at Stanford University.
