Arjen de Vries

Arjen de Vries is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in management and process improvement within the maritime and logistics sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Boluda Towage Europe since November 2018, Arjen oversees daily operations supported by a skilled dispatch team and crew, ensuring continuous client assistance. Prior to this role, Arjen held various positions at ECT Rotterdam, including Assistant Operations Manager and Vervangend Supervisor, where responsibilities included operational oversight and project guidance aimed at enhancing safety and efficiency. Arjen also contributed to HR initiatives as a project employee at Vopak Shared Services, and gained foundational experience through roles at ECT and Smit International. Arjen holds a degree in HRM from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
