Michaël Salens

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, focusing on supporting innovation projects through training and mentorship. Roon is the owner and founder of managination, established in July 2005, which aims to enhance the software development landscape by making processes more dynamic and reliable. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where contributions were made toward decentralized technologies and self-sovereign finance solutions. Roon has also held advisory and board positions in organizations such as the IIB Council and Share&Charge, while actively contributing as a Senior Blockchain Developer at Sweetbridge and a Blockchain Advisor at SwissBorg. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and a Fintech course from MIT.
