Michael Bock has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Michael started their career at Corning Lasertron as a Characterization Engineer and Test Development Engineer, where they worked from 1998 to 2001. Michael then transitioned to T-Networks, Incorporated as a Test Development Engineer from 2001 to 2003. Following that, they joined Northrop Grumman as an Optical Systems Engineer III/Manufacturing Engineer from 2003 to 2008. Afterward, they joined L3Harris Technologies as a Senior Specialist Software Engineer, where they worked for over 12 years until 2020. Currently, they are working as a Principal Software Engineer at BOMBARDIER.

Michael Bock obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from Allegheny College, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. Michael then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) with a specialization in Electro-Optics at Tufts University from 1996 to 1998.
