Yatin Kotak

Yatin Kotak is the current CEO of Bombay Halwa Limited, a food manufacturing company established in 1973 by the late Lord Noon. Yatin has held this position since September 2020.

Kotak has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, having previously served as Head of Brand Development and Supply Chain Expert at The Market Grocer Pty Ltd from August 2017 to September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading the transformation of the company, including culture change and digital transformation. Yatin also created a vision for the company through strategic thinking and implemented a proposal to review and replace an obsolete ERP system.

During their time at Bombay Halwa Ltd, Kotak has achieved staff retention during the pandemic, secured uninterrupted supply chain, and fulfilled customer orders during constant change in employee and legal requirements. Yatin has also proactively enhanced engagement from supermarkets and large retailers, introduced new brand clients, ensured marketing and social media presence, and redesigned the packaging of the ‘Royal’ brand.

Yatin Kotak's educational career includes studying business and finance at Croydon College, GCSE A Levels in law, accounts, and economics at Tile Hill College in Coventry, UK, and certification as a Fellow from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
