Varun Gupta

Varun Gupta has a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Most recently, they served as the Chief Growth Officer at Bombay Shaving Company, where they were responsible for driving growth and overseeing the company's expansion efforts. Prior to that, they held the role of SVP, Head of Growth at the same company.

Before joining Bombay Shaving Company, Varun worked at the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, where they played a key role in launching and leading the gifting business as the Founding Lead of thegiftstudio.com. Varun also served as the General Manager of Strategy, where they worked on business problems and created roadmaps for the company. Additionally, they were the Head of Modern Trade & E-commerce at Too Yumm! where they built a team and successfully developed the E-commerce channel for the organization.

Earlier in their career, Varun worked at Unilever as a Shopper Marketing Manager, where they led a team and developed ATL/BTL activations for the company's East business. Varun also served as an Area Sales & Customer Manager, overseeing operations in rural areas. Prior to that, they worked at PepsiCo as an Area Sales Manager and Management Trainee, where they successfully managed a team and delivered sales growth.

Varun Gupta completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur in 2009. Varun then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2009 to 2011.
