Nthabiseng Kubheka

Nthabiseng Kubheka has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nthabiseng began their career as a Chemical laboratory technician/QC/SHEQ in the chemical industry from 1997 to 2001. Nthabiseng then joined Eskom in 2001, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Officer/Advisor and later became a Project Manager: Controls and Support until 2013. Nthabiseng also served as a Site Project Manager and Generation Leadership Program participant during their time at Eskom. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd as a Senior Manager Projects and later as the General Manager of Refurbishment Projects. In 2016, they joined GE Power as a Project Director and subsequently held the roles of Executive - Project Director, Board Executive Director, and Regional Services Executive - Sub-Saharan Africa. Nthabiseng also worked at RATP Dev as the Country Director and holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Bombela Operating Company (PTY) LTD. Currently, they are a Non-Executive Director at Unik Construction Engineering (Pty) Ltd, starting in 2022.

Nthabiseng Kubheka is currently pursuing a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) degree at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Nthabiseng'sfield of study focuses on Executive Project Management and Corporate Strategy. Additionally, Nthabiseng completed an Applied Directorship Programme at the SIRDAR Group in 2023, further enhancing their knowledge in the field of Business.
