Cassie Williams

Cassie Williams has a diverse work experience in various roles within the field of data science and software engineering. Cassie joined Bombora in 2021, starting as a Data Scientist and later transitioning into the role of Data Science Manager in July 2022. Prior to Bombora, Cassie worked at Riverside Research from 2018 to 2021, serving as a Data Scientist and then as a Machine Learning Lead. Before that, they gained experience at Elsevier as a Software Engineer III and QA Test Engineer II from 2016 to 2018. Cassie started their professional career as an intern at Great American Insurance Group, where they held positions as a Predictive Analytics Intern and an Underwriting Intern.

Cassie Williams completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Mathematics and Actuarial Sciences from the University of Cincinnati between 2013 and 2016. Cassie then pursued a Master's degree in Applied Statistics from Penn State University from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, Cassie has obtained several certifications, including "Google Cloud Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals" from Google in July 2021, "Machine Learning: Classification" from Coursera in December 2017, "Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach" from Coursera in October 2017, and "Machine Learning" from Coursera in August 2017.
