Emily Jenkins

Lead Instructional Designer at BOMI International

Emily Jenkins has a diverse work experience. Emily started their career in 2010 with the US Fish and Wildlife Service as a Distance Learning Intern and later worked as an eLearning Training Specialist and Lead Online Designer. In 2016, they also served as a Lead Park Ranger at the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge. In 2018, Emily joined BOMI International as an Instructional Designer II and eventually became the Lead Instructional Designer. Recently in 2022, they joined Fin Expeditions as a Tour Guide. Emily also has experience as a Cake Decorator at Baskin Robbins from 2008 to 2009.

Emily Jenkins attended Shepherd University from 2008 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sociology. Emily then pursued further education at American Public University System from 2012 to 2013, where they obtained a Certificate in Instructional Design and Delivery. In 2014 and 2015, Emily attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they earned a Professional Certificate in Online Education with a focus on eLearning.
