Stephanie Doherty B.A. (Assoc) CIPD is an experienced professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the Head of People Operations at Bon Accord Life since May 2013. Stephanie's career progression within the company includes roles as Human Resources Manager and Recruitment & Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting, performance management, compliance, employee relations, and policy development. Prior to Bon Accord, Stephanie held the position of Assistant Manager at Budda Bar Stirling, focusing on staff management, operations, and compliance. Stephanie holds an Associate’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a degree in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from the University of Stirling.
