Cassandra Schwanke

Cassandra Schwanke is an experienced professional in management and dining services with a commitment to promoting health-conscious practices. Currently serving as General Manager at Bon Appetit since 2021, Cassandra oversees a team of over 80 staff and implements dietary changes to enhance environmental health. Prior to this, Cassandra held the position of Dining Services Supervisor at Friendsview, managing three dining halls in a healthcare community, where responsibilities included staff training, special diet creation, and collaboration across departments. Cassandra also has a background as Front Of House Manager at KAOS MAC, LLC, where significant revenue growth was achieved, and as Company Manager at Post5 Theatre, where contributions included budget management and artistic staffing. Educationally, Cassandra holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University and an MFA in Directing and Acting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
