Adam Plaskey

Adam Plaskey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Adam most recently worked as the Director of Retail Operations at Bon Appétit Management Company starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President and Director of Operations at The Eatery and Hodge Podge Lodge from April 2018 to September 2021. Adam also held roles at Gilmore Collection, serving as the General Manager at Baker Lofts from October 2017 to March 2018, and as an Event Manager from March 2016 to October 2017. Adam gained experience as an Operations Banquet Manager and Event Coordinator at Quaintance-Weaver Restaurants & Hotels from September 2015 to March 2016. Before that, they worked as a Manager/Innkeeper at Maple Hill Manor Bed and Breakfast from June 2014 to September 2015.
