Brielle Charmasson has a diverse work experience in the marketing and hospitality industries. Brielle started their career as a Barista and Onsite Events Manager at Eurobar Espresso Services, where they gained skills in espresso preparation, employee training, and inventory management. Brielle then worked as a Cashier and Food & Beverage Server at Charlie Brown's Café, where they developed expertise in cashiering and closing registers. Brielle later served as a Student Manager and Banquet Captain of Catering at Prelude Restaurant, providing upscale dining experiences and overseeing food and beverage services for concerts at the Green Music Center. Brielle also worked as an Estate Ambassador at Keller Estate Winery, where they provided upscale tasting experiences for guests and managed social media platforms. Brielle then joined Lynmar Estate as a Reservation Team Lead and Design and Communications Associate, overseeing tasting experiences and executing marketing efforts. Brielle joined Vintage Wine Estates as a Tasting Room Associate, where they educated customers and managed online listings. Brielle later became the Lifestyle Wine Club Coordinator, overseeing wine club activities and customer relationship management. Brielle also served as the Winery Experience Manager, designing new experiences and planning events. Brielle then worked as a Marketing Specialist at Bon Appétit Management Company, where they led the culinary and beverage program for Airbnb HQ and executed marketing efforts for employees and clients. Brielle Charmasson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Wine Business Strategies from Sonoma State University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2016. Brielle also attended High Tech High School from 2007 to 2011, where they studied Engineering. In 2018, they completed the WSET Level II program in Wine and Spirits at Napa Valley Wine Academy. Additionally, Brielle obtained certifications as a Certified Tourism Ambassador from the Certified Tourism Ambassador™ (CTA) Program in February 2016, and in TIPS (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) from National Hospitality Training Inc. in January 2016.
