Kathy Vik

Kathy Vik has over three decades of experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Starbucks since 2011 and at Bon Appétit Management Company since September 1992. Previously, Kathy held the position of F&B Manager at Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel from 1990 to 1992. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts in Agriculture from South Dakota State University, a Culinary degree from Hennepin Technical College, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
