Leon Darley Jr.

Leon Darley, MS, has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Bon Appétit Management Company since December 2021, with prior roles as Interim General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Before this, Leon held the position of General Manager at Magnolia Table from March 2020 to December 2021. Earlier in the career, Leon worked with Bon Appétit Management Company from June 2016 to February 2020, where titles included Director of Operations, Director of Catering, Operations Manager, Retail Manager, and Retail Supervisor. Leon holds a Master of Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University and a degree in Physical Education from Biola University.
