Scott MacGowan has over 25 years of experience in the food service industry. Scott started their career in 1996 as a Manager at Bon Appétit Management Company, where they worked for 11 years. In 2007, they joined Guckenheimer as a Senior Area Manager, and later became the Regional Director of Operations in 2019. Scott worked at Guckenheimer for over 16 years until 2023. In 2024, Scott MacGowan joined Bon Appétit Management Company again as the National Director of Operations.
Scott MacGowan obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services from The Culinary Institute of America, where they attended from 1994 to 1996. In addition, they hold certifications in KAM Certification from ISS Guckenheimer (obtained in 2023) and as a Real Estate Agent from the California Department of Real Estate (obtained in 2003).
