Toddy Fineberg is a seasoned professional with diverse work experience in the culinary industry. They have held various positions throughout their career, starting as an Executive Pastry Chef at Taste Catering from 2003 to 2007. After that, they worked as an Opening Executive Pastry Chef at Bon Appétit Management Company's TASTE Restaurant from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, they became a Chef Instructor at The Art Institutes until 2010. The following year, they worked as the Opening Executive Pastry Chef at Prospect Restaurant. From 2011 to 2018, they returned to The Art Institutes as a Chef Instructor. In 2018, Toddy joined Bon Appétit Management Company as the Assistant General Manager at Uber Technologies, where they eventually became the General Manager. They were responsible for overseeing cafe operations, managing staff, and implementing successful pop-up programs. In 2022, Toddy transitioned to the role of Senior Client Services Manager at Uber Technologies in the US and Canada. Currently, Toddy is working as the Vice President of Client Relations at Bon Appétit Management Company, specifically focusing on their partnership with Visa.
Toddy Fineberg completed an Intensive Business Planning Course at Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center in 2011. From 2000 to 2001, they attended California Culinary Academy, earning an AOS degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Toddy also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology from Oklahoma State University. Additionally, they have certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Google Project Management: Specialization Certificate, Certified Executive Pastry Chef, and Servsafe Food Protection Management Certification.
