Sharlyn Reitzes-Serwatien has a diverse professional background in healthcare. SHARLYN began their career as an RN at Rockland Pulmonary & Medical Assoc in 2010 before moving on to serve as a Nurse Manager at Northern Manor Nursing Center from 2009 to 2011. SHARLYN then advanced to the role of Assistant Director of Nursing at RAMAPO MANOR from 2011 to 2015. Following this, they took on the position of Embedded Case Manager at Aetna from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they are employed at Bon Secours Charity Health System, Inc., where they started as a Supervisor of Ambulatory Care Management in 2016 and now holds the title of Director of Care Coordination since February 2020.
